I have assisted various projects at the Great Lakes Research Center (GLRC).For an ongoing project regarding climate change and the Great Lakes, I have used MATLAB, Microsoft Excel, and R for various formatting and statistical analyses of data collected from MTU and NOAA buoys. I assisted in a surveying project in two wetlands along the Great Lakes and processed and analyzed the data using Excel and ArcMAP. I processed and analyzed acoustic data in SonarWiz and ArcMAP for a project dealing with Eurasian Watermilfoil in local waterways. Throughout my time here I have written and assisted in writing project summaries and final papers.I am trained on operating a Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicle (ROV). I have been responsible for multiple demonstrations in which I guided adults and children alike to drive the ROV.
