Oversee data collection, review, analysis, and compilation of results. Supply and interpret data used to support the program review process for academic programs and support units. Oversee accreditation materials collection, data reporting and organize accreditation visits for NASM (National Association of Schools of Music) and HCL (Higher Learning Commission). Research and produce reports, in conjunction with the Registrar, admissions department and marketing, including the Admissions Fact book, student profile, FTE reports, retention reports, grade distribution reports, trend analysis, and similar documents. Assist other departments in the establishment of a comprehensive research program that supports all areas of the institution. Manipulate and analyze data sets using a variety of software tools. Provide meaningful communication of data in a variety of formats to Conservatory employees. Respond to ad hoc requests for research and data analysis. Manage multiple short and long-term projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision as an integral member of a team.

Maintaining calendars for both the Dean of the Conservatory and Associate Dean, making travel and accommodation arrangements for visiting artists, as well as the Dean and Associate Dean when traveling, writing contracts for guest artists performing at CIM and providing master classes for the students, answering student questions and providing information for the students via the CIM Student Community Facebook page, maintaining an interoffice budget spreadsheet, writing and sending correspondence to the faculty of CIM. Coordinator of major competitions/events, such as, but not limited, to the semi-annual Concerto Competition, programming for the Music in the Galleries events at the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Baldassarre Composer-Virtuoso competition (new for 2013-2014). Coordinate awards ceremonies in collaboration with the CIM development department, as well as coordinate tutoring assignments for the Theory and Eurhythmics departments. Maintain student records, query and compile data using PowerCampus. Extensive use of Google apps for reporting and survey taking. Project manager for accreditation document production, formatting and editing. Extensive use of Microsoft Excel for reporting (Fiscal and tracking.)

Initial and ongoing scheduling and input of all conservatory activities in Concerts & Events database. Determine and communicate logistical details for all activities including concerts, student recitals, master classes, dress rehearsals, recording sessions, academic classes, studio classes, special projects, meetings, outside organizations’ auditions and rentals to Maintenance and other departments providing support, in conjunction with the Director of Concerts and Events, coordinate event logistics and work events, create weekly schedule for Maintenance department of all set-ups and building preparations in support of events, meetings, rehearsals, classes, performances, etc., coordinate rental of facilities by outside organizations and individuals, including execution of contracts, event planning assistance and supervising the use of the concert halls and event spaces, work with designer of C & E scheduling database on expansion and improvement of the system.
