With over 20 years of experience in yoga, Caryn brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work with clients, and is committed to supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.Caryn is a lifelong learner who is dedicated to ongoing growth and development. She holds an Advanced Counselling and Therapy Skills Certificate from the University of Manitoba, as well as certifications in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra and Yin.
