I consult on projects including outsourcing and JV’s, customer centricity, IT system change, individual/team leadership development and major restructuring and downsizing programmes. My speciality is working on these complex projects from an empowerment and cultural perspective - to bring performance and cost improvements without the negative long-term.

Co-led a team of approx 20 people, from both inside O2 UK and from within Ashridge Consulting, to deliver a large scale culture change programme. More recently I supported a major strategic leadership summit in 2011. See projects section of the profile for more details.

My relationship with GSK has endured over many years, with a variety of projects including leadership development work and large scale cultural interventions. I have run a number of large group, strategic summits in the far east, US and Europe based on Appreciative Inquiry. This work has been in both the Pharma and Consumer Healthcare divisions.

Over the last few years I have worked several times with American Express on a number of different projects. This relationship is ongoing and I work with the New York and London teams from time to time.

Over the years I have worked on a number of Nokia projects - large and small. This has included individual coaching, management and leadership support, change consultancy and large group work. This relationship is ongoing and I work from time to time for both Nokia and NSN teams throughout Europe.

I worked regularly with the internal OD team at BP - Neil Samuels, Tim Haynes and others - supporting cultural and strategic change projects.

My brief time at Ellis Hayward focused on a variety of leadership and team development contracts throughout Europe, combining leading edge processes for learning with an experiential bias.

Over my 8 or so years in SWW I led and supported a wide variety of change projects, both with an HR and with an OD role. These included outsourcings, downsizings (several), competency projects, IT replacement projects and a significant number of local and company wide cultural and leadership initiatives.
