In my entire professional career, I have learned that the customer comes first. Honesty is the best policy. No matter what business we are in, without the customer, we have nothing. I built every division I have ever managed by making the customer the top priority.Upon starting my own business, I jumped in knowing the customer comes first. My entire goal is providing 100% customer service and going above and beyond what the normal travel agent has done in the past.I learned this first hand on a recent trip to Disney World. The travel agent we used was extremely nice. I went to her office and booked my families trip to Disney World. Simple, well kind of! Disney was great but we realized that our agent did not tell us to make dinner reservations. That put a big damper on our trip. No reservations, no sit down meals at Disney!! A tough lesson to learn when you fork out big bucks on Disney Meal Plans and they go to waste. A tough lesson to learn but my new career came out of it. I now book everyones Disney Vacations plus all there other trips and they do not skip a beat. That is how I handle all of my bookings. Happy Customers are returning Customers in any industry. That is how I built my entire career and that is how I will build my travel agency.
