Patton College of Education and the Division of Diversity and Inclusion. Caryn Bailey is President & CEO of the Cornerstone Heritage Group (CHG) for the past 18 years. CHG is a management consulting firm, specializing in Commercial Real Estate Advisory and Development, Project Development/Management, Public/Private Partnerships, Business Development, and Government Affairs Consulting. She has 20 years+ experience in fundraising and development.
