(Initially, a 6-month contract that was extended to a year)My role as AE was to liaise with clients and project manage campaigns; which often ran concurrently, from conception through to final delivery and post-campaign analysis.• Managing clients; building rapport to enable efficient and collaborate relationships.• Managing campaign admin; raising invoices, creating reports, status docs and providing input into contracts as well as the creation of SOW.• Co-managing UK- wide print, radio, digital and social campaigns.• Work closely with all internal departments; creative, production, commercial partnership and third parties (media owners, production companies, and various other agencies) to ensure projects are delivered to the strict deadlines and budgets agreed.

This role was an excellent introduction to business and training. It also provided me with great transferable skills such as negotiating, training, process and people management as well as building collaborative relationships.• Sourcing new vendors and building strong relationships with the existing supplier base.• Negotiate terms of sale including price points, margins, and quantities.• Designing and sending mass mailings using MailChimp and Survey Monkey as well as designing training and development programmes based on the objective of the company and individual needs.• All trading administration, sample management, sourcing suppliers and POS material.• Budgeting and creating a critical path for the projects.
