Caryn Conidaris is a professional in their field. Colleagues describe them as "I have to been putting writing the recommendation, and I’m glad I did, for one reason; and that is I am writing this recommendation having experienced and aware of the impact of the Dare to Lead training on my life. As much as this is a Leadership training program, I can assure you that this will be among the most life-changing training programs you will go on. On a personal level, the past two years have been completely tumultuous. It has been filled with uncertainty and quite honestly, this has been a scary period; I don’t have to tell you how we can be crippled by difficult and scary times in our lives. I didn’t go into this course expecting the “Red Pill” (The Matrix). In fact, I didn’t have much of an expectation. I knew I was a Brene Brown fan, so to me, the training would be a nice certificate to have in my personal growth journey. Well… let's say that I got something close to the red pill. Let me put it like this. I do not fear the uncertainty of these still tumultuous times, and the bravery, courage and acceptance that I have for the difficult (and also the good) times, is all credit to Caryn and the Dare to Lead training. I could go on and on about how this program has benefited me, but I fear that might just sound like a sales pitch. So I will say that after going through this program and continuously revisiting the content and actively practising what we were taught, The way I engage with the people and myself, will never be as it was before the training. If you do not know who Brene Brown is, I recommend that you YouTube her and see what she is about, and you will get a small glimpse of what her course, the way Caryn presents it, can open up a vastly different (at least to me) perspective on how we view ourselves and those we work with, interact with and those we live with. I also commend and thank Caryn for creating a safe space for all of us to fully engage and reflect, which I think is the key to how effective this training workshop is. I don’t only recommend that everyone (everyone) does this course, but I also think that we have a responsibility to those we are accountable for, and to those we lead, to be brave leaders; leaders who will understand that our leadership is not in the power that positions or status brings, but is all about the people we take along with us to achieve important things. This training program should be on any aspiring leader’s development plan. If you aren’t going to take my word for it, do some research on the Dare to Lead program, get in touch with Caryn, and watch, listen and read some of Brene Browns’ work and you will see why I so strongly recommend that you do this program. Thank you Caryn Edward" and "Caryn is a consummate professional in all that she undertakes. She is a very experienced and knowledgeable facilitator in many facets of personal and organisational development. She is constantly learning and developing herself. Her ability to experientially facilitate Brene Brown's Dare to Lead work brought the topic to life and enabled the participants to deeply engage with and understand the material. I can highly recommend Caryn to provide you with a life enhancing experience. "
