Caryn has been working as a small business owner, operating bars, nightclubs and restaurants for the past 15 years. Caryn previously worked in the real estate industry from 2005-2010, predominately with New Home Builders until 2007. Wanting to do more to help her clients, she became a licensed Realtor during that year. She is excited to have renewed her Real Estate License and has joined the RCR Properties, Inc family and is eager to help her clients buy, sell or lease their next home or business. Having worked in the real estate field for several years, she understands that buying and leasing real estate is like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. She boasts a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor of Science from Shenandoah University in Arts Administration-Dance. Caryn is currently the President of the Fleetwood Property Owners Association. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and holds a board position with the Barkers Landing Barracudas Swim Team. In the past Caryn was actively involved in the West Houston Aquatics League as a League Representative for four years and was the President of the Calumet Drive Lofts Townhome Association for six years. When Caryn isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her at home, enjoying time with her husband Mark, their two children and four cats!
