I currently work within the Insurance industry with skill spanning over both customer service and operations.In my role for Urban jungle I am both responsible for dealing with and solving customer queries alongside further operative tasks. I also contribute to projects undertaken by the company.I recently moved from a position within the energy Industry, working as an energy specialist for Bulb Energy.Within this role I was responsible for managing member accounts and communication. Consistently presenting a positive company image whilst ensuring the customer accounts on the systems were accurate and functional.Before this role I worked as a contact centre executive, representing the Volvo brand. In working for TalentStreamUk i utilised the companies originally formulated products, BUV™ and BV™, allowing provision of a personalised and personable sales experience for each of our customers and companies. I have had 10+ years of customer facing employment experience, I worked within the hospitality industry in various environments gaining diverse skills in face-to-face sales and customer service. I graduated BSc hons in Biology at Newcastle University, gaining skills in statistical analysis, teamwork, leadership, independent learning and research as well as communication with peers and mentors.I have found these skills to be useful in my current position in the automotive industry.In my recent review it was noted i am a fast learner and dedicated to independently furthering my knowledge and training within the industry as well as that my customer centred manner ensures every customer interaction is positive and enjoyable.I have particular interest in environmental and sustainable practices with a view to conservation
