Working as a Rural Surveyor, I am pleased to be able to support the Selby Rural ethos, enabling farming businesses to evolve, change and grow as well as providing professional services to private landowners on matters relating to rural property. Covering areas both sides of the border, including Cheshire, Wrexham and Shropshire, services include valuation, planning, tenancy and compensation.

Covering the North East Wales Let Estate portfolio, including Erddig, Chirk Castle, Bodnant Gardens and Powis Castle. The portfolio consists of a range of farms, bare land, residential property and holiday lets.I help to manage and care for a wide range of property, delivering the objectives of the National Trust and working within a skilled team across the North of Wales.

Here at Rostons, appointed as Director in October 2015, I enjoy working with our team of enthusiastic property professionals, serving a large number of Farmers and Landowners and Allied Professionals across Cheshire, North Wales and North Shropshire. I help provide information on single farm payment and basic payment schemes, helping clients fill in the necessary paperwork.Other aspects of my work at Rostons is managing letting arrangements for rural property including leases and licences, compensation and access to land.
