I am a Rural Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, operating in North Wales, Cheshire and ajoiing counties. I have a particular interest in Rural Property, Farms and Land Valuation and Agricultural Tenancy matters. My role involves the management of 4 National Trust property portfolios across the North East of Wales, consisting of Farms, Land, Residential and Holiday Cottages. I also work within private practice, for Selby Rural, covering a wide range of rural professional services. I am pleased to be a member of both the RICS and CAAV, having qualified in 2014, I am also an RICS Registered Valuer and in 2019 achieved ILM level 5 in Leadership and Project Management. Most recently, in 2024, I have also become a RICS APC Assessor.

I help provide information on single farm payment and basic payment schemes, helping clients fill in the necessary paperwork.Other aspects of my work at Rostons is managing letting arrangements for rural property including leases and licences, compensation and access to land.
