As a Recruitment Specialist with Express Employment Professionals in Omaha, my main goal is to connect with people both online and offline, screen applications and support our Employment Specialists in the Office Services department in order to help as many people on their job searches as possible.

To work with the store Manager directly to support the day to day operations, provide leadership and training motivation to the team, develop sales and rapport with customers, and recruit new teammates!

I provided a holistic, living-learning experience in order to support Creighton University's mission and tradition by being the face of a freshman residence hall. I created a rapport with close to every student and made a welcome, safe, and supportive environment in the midst of the stress students were dealing with from school.
