My name is Cas van den Beld, and I have a proven record of managing pharmaceutical and bioanalytical development projects in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 18 years. In several functions, I have lead project and laboratory teams in achieving and outperforming their business goals. My leadership style is based on three pillars: empowerment, adhesion and enthusiasm. I am motivated by my daily ambition to connect and integrate people, to create excelling teams, in which people feel safe, and can discover and explore their talents.
