Highly appreciated by all employees and managers: 97% of them rated the new tool as positive.• Management of more than 10 IT projects, including change management, related to the human resources area, harmonization and standardization of IT systems, compliance with legal requirements, mergers and carveouts such as implementation of SAP, S/4Hana, Fiori, SuccessFactors, local and legacy systems, WebDynpro and RPA (robotic process automation). • Implementation and management of external IT support for maintenance and demands, as well as system governance, quality and contract, which guaranteed the strategy of maintaining IT services under HR management without growth in internal organizational structure.SAP Certified Application Associate – HCM with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5 on December, 2013
