I led a 30-person cross functional team charged to develop a new sub-brand from inception to launch; including consumer proposition, recipe development and a go-to-market strategy. The sub-brand launch was a high profile project that changed direction frequently. The project required tenacious collaboration and proactive management to navigate senior leadership alignment. I managed six creative agency partners and successfully developed a new communications strategy that led to an integrated marketing campaign across consumer touch points including TV, print, digital, cause affinity and shopper marketing.
