Reporting to the Senior Director of IT and Analytics to assist in the development, deployment, and support for a new POS/kiosk/online-ordering system, to restaurants across A&W. Additionally, act as local IT support for the A&W Restaurant Support Center as needed.Responsibilities Include:-Act as the primary POS Administrator for A&W's new centralized PAR Brink point-of-sale system.-Oversee, design, and implement A&W's online ordering platform, powered by Olo.-Research, design, and implement A&W's new GRUBBRR kiosks featuring direct integration to our centralized POS system.-Create and manipulate digital assets for online ordering and kiosks.-Support the A&W Restaurant Support Center as local IT including administration of SAP Concur, Microsoft 365 and Defender, and Franconnect.
