Perform racquet service, including equipment selection, racquet stringing, gripping, handle modifications, and racquet weight/balance modifications. Provide video services for bio-mechanical and match strategy analysis, as well as promotional player videos. Consult on tennis product development and validation, as well as planning for tennis court construction. Author reviews of tennis equipment for retail and media websites. Manage website and web content development, including graphic design and video production. Email and social media marketing.

Oversee the tennis program and grounds at an 8 court outdoor facility, including providing tennis lessons, scheduling/managing independent contractors to provide tennis lessons, organizing and leading instructional classes for both junior and adult players, organizing and running tennis events (Round Robins, Mixers, Tournaments), and managing a modest retail tennis shop.
