My journey into Embodiment Coaching started when I decided to step into the world of business with my own personal training business, only to realize most of the women & men working who came into my space, had deep trauma that needed to be healed. I soon shifted my focus from not only health & fitness but into understanding the behavioral psychology behind why we think, act and do to create situations in our lives. Hence the term "Embodiment". I have served in the Military, spent years in sales and had many leadership roles throughout my career, prior to my personal successes in owning and operating multiple 6 figure businesses. My understanding of the human mind and sabotage strategies allow fast tactical approaches, hypnotic activations and thought provoking activities to ensure my clients succeed quickly and shift their sabotaging ways by connecting them back to source and showing how to work with energy to remove any obstacles in the way!
