I began my career in concrete as a young boy. I assisted my father and grandfather on many local concrete projects. My education at Cincinnati State included a very strong cooperative learning experience where I learned a great deal about concrete construction and management. I also worked summers at Baker Concrete during college. I have learned concrete from the ground up starting as a young boy. I feel that it is important to work as a team on a job and even though my role is one of project engineer or superintendent I am always willing to jump in to help perform a role such as finishing concrete, etc. to help my co-workers.
