Four Seasons Ventures is a venture capital firm with a focus on early-stage, revolutionary, next-generation defense technologies.-- Appointed by Managing Partners to oversee FSV’s day-to-day operations. Supervised FSV associates, administrative staff, and outside consultants. Co-managed the firm’s operating expenses and investment portfolio. Assigned as lead associate for subsidiary established to protect leaders, corporations, and nations against chemical, biological, and radiological threats of assassination, intimidation, and mental and physical health alteration. -- Served on the Board of Directors for FSV portfolio company Drinks That Work, Inc (DTW). DTW was a California-based beverage company which created UPSHOT, the first energy shooter on the market, and reached annual sales of over $6M. Oversaw and shepherded DTW bankruptcy on behalf of investors, and served as DTW’s bankruptcy representative during the company’s 2010 bankruptcy proceedings.

-- Served as Secretary to FSV’s Board of Directors. Assigned as lead associate for FSV’s investment in a video surveillance technology company; prepared first draft of investment term sheet, and evaluated the technology’s market potential and the Company’s 2007 sales projections. Assisted in recruitment, as well as managed FSV’s and project expenses.

-- Managed business plan submissions; conducted initial evaluation reports based upon FSV’s investment parameters; administered investment due diligence inquiries including document requests and follow-up information; and prepared market research and investment summaries.

AIADA is a national trade association dedicated to the economic and political interests of America’s international nameplate automobile dealers.-- Recruited and retained essential grassroots support and activism in legislation effecting AIADA’s national legislative agenda including Estate Tax Repeal, Legal Reform, and the 25% Light Truck Tariff.-- Successfully acted as direct, “front-line” liaison between AIADA and its 11,000 plus nationwide members through meetings with over 200 dealership owners and executives across the country. -- Jointly spearheaded re-launch and re-branding efforts of AIADA’s NextGen Initiative, a national political advocacy forum directed toward the next generation of international nameplate automobile dealers and executives. -- Setup, coordinated, and participated in visits with AIADA membership and United States Members of Congress in Washington, D.C. and in Congressional districts.
