· Specimen identification, accessioning and requisitioning· Maintain department inventory· Processing of specimens for consultations and outside testing - communicate with outside facilities · Compile cases for weekly multidisciplinary conferences · Maintain slide, block and specimen retention systems · Assist with general maintenance including cleaning, organizing work spaces and instrument upkeep

· Seed, plant, harvest, and weed/upkeep of a variety of organic vegetables, and some fruits and herbs on 125 acres of land· Pack vegetable orders for distribution; regional, local, market, and CSA

· Prepare Covid transport vials· Mix allergy immunotherapy vaccines· Run a respiratory panel, CBC, & IgE tests· Maintenance of laboratory; PCR, Phadia, & Pentra machines· Document and report allergy and respiratory panel results

· Take food orders and deliver food and drinks to guests· Prepare food: follow recipes using local, organic vegetables· Work on the line at pantry during service

· Open and close the laboratory· Daily quality control of laboratory equipment and monitoring of storage supplies· Data entry, creating reports, scanning and organizing patient charts· Assist Embryologists in witnessing patient information and any additional tasks

· Survey prune fruit trees in orchards around the Hudson Valley for the Plum Pox Virus· Utilize the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program to map the trees of various farms· Organize samples and send data to botany laboratories
