I help clients with getting period end meetings going to get their Cash Management (bank reconciliations) recorded and produce the most up to date and accurate financials. I also help them get their bank transactions uploaded correctly to ensure they are not missing any transactions. I make sure we are coding to the correct ledgers.

Worked with clients to get accurate and meet state/federal compliance for payrolls and get them out to their employees. Also assisted clients in getting AP entered correctly and getting checks shipped to them or their vendors. Worked directly with shipping to ensure delivery of AP and payroll. Each week made sure clients got accurate financials. Also learned basic accounting skills. Also helped to implement our new bank reconciliation software: Cash Management. I helped leadership in further developing our product to make it more efficient.
