Casey graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 and from the University of Southern California with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2019.In December of 2017 Casey graduated from the Propulsion Systems Divisions Rotation Program in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), a two-year engineering and leadership development program. While in the program, Casey was the Lead of BCA Opportunities for New Experiences, an early-career development program that created and supported unique technical projects from diverse groups throughout the company. While in this role, she provided opportunities for early career employees to gain technical and leadership skills, mentored early career employees, and effectively managed a budget and project portfolio.Through her professional and educational experiences, Casey has gained extensive leadership skills and flight test experience. She has a wide exposure to propulsion systems and develops an environment of inclusion and respect in all of her professional relationships. Casey’s unique career experiences have allowed her to gain exposure to the breadth of an airplane development program.Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of Casey's leadership and working style. Along with technical excellence, she prioritizes creating sustainable changes in the workplace that inspire and empower others to do the same.
