With a BS in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University, I have a strong passion and knowledge for the aerospace industry. I am eager to apply my skills and competencies to new challenges and opportunities in this field. I have proven my ability to lead and empower a dynamic team as the AV/IT Lead at SDSU Housing Department, where I ensured the seamless operation of hundreds of technological devices for residents and faculty. I leveraged advanced ticketing and management platforms, such as ServiceNow, StarRez, and Jamf, to resolve a substantial volume of incident tickets, contributing significantly to uninterrupted service delivery and user satisfaction. I also demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. My goal is to further my understanding of the aerospace industry and to excel past my current abilities in any work I am involved in.
