-Manage a team producing construction documents for a variety of projects and proactively manage budgets for those projects-Assist with preparation of construction documents using Revit Structure-Construction administration support, including site visits, shop drawing review, responding to RFI’s and field modifications, and preparation of field observation reports-Assist with preparation of fee proposal and aid in responding to RFP’s and RFQ’s-Implement Proactive Business Development skills

Duties Include:- Representing Anthem in the front range market as a knowledge leader and expert-Providing and/or assisting in structural engineering design and drafting for a wide variety of projects in both the residential and commercial space, in materials ranging from timber to masonry to steel.-Assistin with preparation of construction documents using Revit Structure-Construction administration support, including site visits, shop drawing review, responding to RFI’s and field modifications, and preparation of field observation reports

Duties include:-Direct interfacing with architects and property owners during conceptual coordination and design phase.-Complete structural design of structures ranging from commercial recreation centers to high end custom residential to public art installations.-Production of ready-to-build construction documents.-Review of previous/existing designs and remediation recommendations-On-site reviews of in-situ conditions-On site review and inspection and documentation of all stages in the construction process

I earned my Master's degree from Notre Dame in May of 2015. My thesis described a novel approach to infrastructural disaster recovery, called transitional bridging. In this approach, materials and components used for short-span gap crossing solutions can be reconfigured into stronger structural shapes so as to provide longer-span bridges, aiding in recovery efforts and facilitating access to isolated communities.

Working with members of CU Boulder's Rwanda project team, performed seismic hazard analysis for rain water catchment pavilions in Cyanika, Rwanda.

Built computer models up-to-code of multi-story concrete structures using SAP2000 and subjected them to calculated earthquake loads.Analyzed the failure mechanisms of these models for trends.Calculated and analyzed the response spectra of several earthquakes, some simulated and other recorded, and compared these spectra with building failures to determine links.

Designed the structural systems for a two-story orphanage in Kigali, Rwanda and helped to write lesson plans pertaining to structural engineering and construction, to be taught by members in-country. Attended weekly meetings to both serve as a bridge between University leadership and Rwanda team and assist in grant seeking and writing.

Held weekly office hours to assist with homework and test preparation for CVEN 2121 (beginning Statics)Graded weekly homework assignments and bi-semester exams

Improved the functionality and performance of a chemical analysis program written in VBA. This program allowed my team to better study the levels of various chemicals found in soil samples. Analyzed the effectiveness of the waste disposal system used by Los Alamos National Laboratories.
