Assuring the right person was qualified and able to pay the rent in a consistent manner. Collect the rent, or made effective payment plans that would be beneficial to both the company and the client. All maintenance issues were addressed or work orders were put in place. All electronical system were properly attended to or repaired. As an Electronical Engineer I completed those tasks as permitted by company ruling.
