Constructed a dynamic form for the addition or updating of required job skills through the use of conditional rendering and Formik to differentiate between the two actions in a single concise form. Provided styling for the frontend rendering components for the Required Job Skills using Bootstrap 5 and CSS while keeping within the overall stylized theme desired by the project owners. Integrated the update and delete functionality into the displayed table rows through the use of mapping and callback functions to help display it in a more pleasing fashion to the user.
