We re-imagine how we deliver financial products and services to employees, customers and the industry.Most recently, I oversee various functions critical to the bank’s success, including strategic planning, executive communications and facilities management, working with CEO, President and entire Executive team to create and implement strategy, as well as execute actionable items/tasks that drive the bank’s goals while ensuring regulatory requirements are met.I also focus on talent acquisition and retention of diverse employees, re-framing our mindset, promoting inclusive customer acquisition and retention, and re-imagining services and how they are delivered.

Managed a portfolio of over 200 bank customers in Florida, Ohio, New York, New Jersey and throughout the Northeast utilizing OFAC, SWIFT, domestic and international online clearing, payments, asset-liability management services, syndicated national credits and derivatives.
