Recruiting• In this newly created role, oversee & implement a full lifecycle recruitment effort identifying & attracting experienced professionals internationally for business lines including Advisory, Restructuring, Private Capital, Private Funds, Evercore ISI (Equities) & EWM• Focus on all talent strategies, recruiting, retention, managing performance & diversity initiatives• Partner with global business heads & hiring managers to develop & execute best-in-class recruiting strategies• Built & maintain our talent database including candidates presented by referrals, search firms and online applicants• Closed 98 open Advisory positions, saving $5,420,000 in recruiting agency fees in 2019. 115 open Advisory positions, saving $8,435,000 in recruiting agency fees in 2018• Meet regularly with the Head of Investment Banking to discuss hiring needs, share market intelligence, report on current effort & headcount• Advise hiring managers & business heads on candidate offer package; secure appropriate approvals, prepare offer letters & lead negotiationsHuman Capital Group Business Partner & Program Management• Additional role as the Global HCG Business Partner (HR Generalist) for junior Advisory talent• Execute the Human Resources plan as Program Manager & serve as a trusted advisor to prioritize strategic initiatives• Manage all internal mobility, work with HCG Operations on any visa transfers & immigration eligibility issuesTalent Development• Plan & execute Talent Development initiatives; work with Partners to plan panels, trainings, etc.• Facilitate full-cycle performance management by coaching leaders on aligning the new Evercore performance ratings
