Receive and process telephone, fax, email, internet and written orders, respond to inquiries and requests from customers and internal customers regarding orders for warehoused and drop-shipped merchandise. Authorize returns, credits and exchanges for customers, process returns, and correspond with customers regarding incomplete orders, declined credit cards, backorders etc. Perform other related duties as assigned
