Executive Assistant to a celebrity chef. Managing schedules, coordinating events, assisting in restaurant management, as well as ongoing projects and general administrative work.

As lead chef, I oversaw all prep for each pop up dinner, as well as executed all cooking and plating. In addition, I played a strong role in menu creation.

As lead barista, I was the supervisor on shift. Managed other baristas, and was in charge of ordering, inventory, and facilitated communication between locations. Trained as a manager for two of the three locations.Also won the Latte Art Competition while employed at Caffe Luxxe.
