After working within the Ohio Men’s Basketball Program, I was chosen to be Head Student Manager to lead, serve, and continue the successful lineage of student managers within the program.

Grow The Game is a non-profit organizaiton that aims to bring student managers from across the country together in order to network, grow as a future coach, and build genuine relationships. While at Grow The Game, I am a sitting director, and along with one colleague, have been running the organization's social media account. Currently, the account has roughly 1,100 followers.

This Summer, I had the opportunity to work alongside the Ohio University Men's Basketball staff as a Summer Basketball Operations Intern. The staff challenged me, and forced me to grow and elevate myself as a person. Planning a team bonding event, coordinating a team NBA draft watch party, spearheading office renovation mock-ups, and helping executing recruiting visits were all main highlights of the summer. Day to day expectations for myself included locker room and laundry management, managing the supplied nutrition for the team, and on floor setup and tear down of practice.

I was selected among a competitive pool of applicants to partake in working alongside the team as a student manager. I work diligently during practice within drills, sideline activities, and in a locker room setting while collaborating with the staff during games and practices to produce an exciting and engaging product.
