Brought on board to specifically turnaround troubling flagship store to transform it into an integrated retail lab store. Today the store produces top results and customer service while testing multiple pilot programs and initiatives.Key Results• Successfully presented a seminar on Integrated Retail to the Board of Directors on my ninth day of work. Recognized by the President of the largest business unit in the company as a top talent.• Reduced expenses and maximized margin elements to produce positive EBITDA results for the store for the last six months. This is the first occurrence of this since May 2009.• Recognized by Senior Regional leadership as being one of the top five store managers in the company.

- Run the day-to-day operations of a multi-level, $60MM big box retail store, with 11 direct reports and 325 employees.• Implement and drive multiple training and incentive programs to increase the cross functional competence of all staff.• Utilize a mixture of company prescribed methods and personal experience to deliver a superior working environment and shopping experience every day.• Led the remodel of 37 Target stores over a two-year period to transition from general merchandise, to stores that carry a full complement of groceries.• Develop company policy programs (“Best Practices”) to maintain Sales Floor presentation during a remodel.• Coach and develop direct reports to be capable leaders and advance their careers within Target.• Drive key company metrics throughout the District (11 stores) to ensure each store is driving sales profitably. ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Met company’s goals for sales, payroll and profit (Golden Contribution) in four of the last five years.• Recognized nationally as Target’s Rookie of the Year in 2007.• Recognized nationally as Target’s Most Collaborative Group Operations Leader in 2010.• Locally recognized as Chicago’s top Talent Recruiter in 2007 and 2008 for Target.• In 2011, took over management of a store which ranked 60th of 60 stores operationally in Chicago and have transformed it to one that is now 4th of 60 stores within 90 days. Controllable Profit contribution for the store is ranked 52nd out of 1,771 stores.• Responsible for the development of six Executive Team Leaders promoted to Store Team Leaders in the last five years.

- Assumed the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a multi-division holding company, immediately after 09/11/01.• Promoted from Vice President and Director of Operations of holding company’s commercial finance business - Transit Funding Group.• Provided safe, clean vehicles to qualified drivers resulting in over 10 million passengers per year in a 2,000 unit fleet.• Full P&L responsibility of all companies, totaling $24MM in Revenue.• Responsible for the business-to-business sales model for development of corporate customers. ACCOMPLISHMENTS• Created a multi-million dollar sub-prime commercial finance company with no capital that grew to a portfolio in excess of $25 MM.• Negotiated a $17.5MM line of credit for start-up commercial finance company at favorable rates and terms.• Created a new loan program in response to falling medallion prices, reducing risk and stabilizing taxicab medallion prices in the wake of September 11th.• Created online testing module for 39-person call center to accelerate learning, resulting in a reduction in dropped calls from 10.0% to less than 0.5% in 90 days.• Facilitated turnaround of taxi company within twelve months to a Gross Revenue high of $21.0MM and EBITDA of 27%
