After college she served as a missionary in various countries including Romania, where she met her husband. They were camp counselors together in a summer youth camp in Transylvania. She is passionate about protecting Florida's water quality and water practices. Especially the natural springs, coastal shores, mangroves, everglades, and estuaries. Spreading awareness of the need to protect these delicate ecosystems is more needed now than ever. Casey loves being a mom to two high energy, creative, and hilarious kids. She prefers to be outdoors as much as possible.In her spare time, she likes to snuggle with her rescue dog, a frenchie named Batman. She is a serious foodie, and loves to cook together with her hubby, a former restaurant owner. Casey has a passion to serve others that runs deep.
