As a leasing consultant for PPM I had many different job functions. My number one responsibility was of course to sell apartments, this requires messaging leads and walk ins to set up tours/ Walking each person through the applications process/ and finally moving them in. Being one of only 2 agents at our apartment complex holding over 1,000 units does provide some challenges but with my go getter attitude and work ethic every challenge becomes a new learning opportunity!

I began working at Birdland pool as a lifeguard when i was 16 years old. during my 2nd year I was getting trained to be the Head Lifeguard the moment i turned 18 during the summer of 2020 my co workers and I were tasked with figuring out how to open and maintain the pools and staff during the pandemic. I did a variety of managerial duties such as payroll and scheduling as well

While working as a rental technician my essential duties where to provide the customer with the proper ski/snowboard out of a wide selection. i would be required to educate the customer on different aspects of skiing and snowboarding while learning for myself along the way.

while working at Team Temp I was given an assigned location the day of working. during that time I did a variety of jobs involving demo work, digging holes at a construction site, painting/ cleaning homes and steam cleaning carpets. i worked with many different people and developed fantastic work habits and social skills.
