Casey practices aviation law, pilot defense, complex product liability, and wrongful death accident cases.Casey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, as well as a Minor in Chinese, from Brigham Young University. Casey received his law degree at Seattle University School of Law, where he was the Business Editor of the Seattle Journal of Environmental Law and an Extern Legal Clerk to the Honorable John Coughenour of the US District Court. He is an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches a course on Aviation and Space Law. Casey is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor with over 1000 hours of flight time in aircraft of all sizes and a P2-rated Paragliding Pilot.
