Responsible for executing athlete contracts and sponsorships for each athlete. Solicited and secured team sponsorships, conducted pitches with business partners, and organized legal documents.

Drafted and prepared motions, appeal letters, trial briefs, and parole recommendations. Researched changing California criminal law and applied new standards. Wrote motions and attended subsequent court proceedings to hear them argued. Utilized significant coaching and skills-based training on topics including trial strategy, opening, and closing arguments.

Organized case files, prepared cases, and handled client billing matters. Researched and reviewed case documents while shadowing attorney on several important juvenile cases. Researched family law cases and provided information relevant to developing case law.

Researched and developed university and athletic legislation related to Title IX. Served as athletic representative to UW President. Representative for the Athletic Planning Committee. Helped create inclusion initiatives to bring together athletics and academic faculty, specifically for LGBTQ and international student-athletes. Researched impact of athletic injuries on health-related quality of life.
