5 years experience in biofuel manufacturing industry. I started from an entry level position working up through process controls, and eventually moving into various supervisory roles. From there I moved into an operations management role, where I had direct responsibilities over all aspects of daily processes, helped coordinate and plan outages, coordinated with parts acquisition team members, engineers, guided team supervisors, mentored, etc. Upon acquisition of our facility by CM Biomass, I was offered the role of Plant Manager where my responsibilities extended to all aspects of environmental and safety supervision and training, as well as the onboarding and termination of employees, overseeing the management of fiber usage at plant level, and coordination with various teams within the CM Biomass USA branch from fiber acquisition to finance to engineering. I briefly worked as a maintenance manager, where I oversaw only the maintenance team and planned and coordinated outages between regional management, plant employees, and various vendors/contractors, before transitioning back into a plant manager role at another location under the CMB umbrella.
