Assisted with the formulation of five annual congressional budget justifications by editing for accuracy and language precision. Facilitated a multi-million dollar internal transfer of funds to address emergency requirements for law enforcement officials, immigrants, and equipment along the U.S. border. Ensured proper funds movement and control by reviewing hundreds of budget execution reports and apportionment documents and verifying that agency allocations were administered within the legal requirements of appropriations law.
