Responsible for all financial forecasting/reporting to leadership. Managed month end close process, and manual CSP revenue recognition. Created Annual Plan and BUD2 for the division. Responsible for all financial operations of the company: financial reporting, cash management (AR, AP, Purchasing), risk assessment, insurance and financial audits, reporting to the board of directors. Also performed all human resources functions required for on/offboarding personnel. Performed regular analyses of ongoing operations, to include profitability of individual projects and overhead costs.

Responsible for managing the P&L and WIP for three office locations. Worked with project managers to ensure that their projects met the predetermined budget, and developed a training program to aid them in managing the finances of their projects, including manpower and material cost estimates. Responsible for office management, financial analysis of gross margins and profitability, DSO reduction, and weekly reporting to management.
