I have a degree in Information Technology and Human Computer Interaction Design & Development and a strong background in product design, user research, and design thinking.I have over 7 years of experience in designing and developing digital products for various industries, such as healthcare, travel, and social media. Most recently, I led the design and development of urgent care strategic initiative solutions for Amwell, a leading telehealth company. I collaborated closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and improvements, conduct user research, create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, and maintain design systems and guidelines. I also provided mentorship and guidance to junior designers and conducted regular design reviews based on user feedback and data. My passion for behavioral science, attention to detail, and desire for information architecture enable me to understand the ambiguous needs of the end users and satisfy those needs through improved interactions, seamless workflows, intuitive interfaces, and essential designs.
