Assisting participants with choosing, preparing for, obtaining and maintaining employment. Working directly with participants to discuss options and goals, develop and maintain vocational relationships. Responsible for promoting a positive image of Perspectives Corporation while creating job opportunities for participants by researching, identifying and soliciting commitments from possible sources of employment. Initiate and cultivate employer relationships through various marketing means. Working directly with participants, role modeling for direct support professionals and holding meetings/workshops with groups of participants to work on employment skills together. Program and staff management.

Case Management and Attend IEP Meetings•Staff Communication•Calculate Payroll, Mileage, Weekly Schedule and Attendance

Job Coaching Consumers in Community Based Work Trials•Support Consumers in Vocational Exploration and Job Preparation•Promote Appropriate Social Skills and Behaviors in the Workplace •Assist Consumers in Basic Hygiene and Daily Living Skills
