I provided executive support to the Region 1 Project Delivery Manager and Region 1 Tech Center Manager in delivering a portfolio of nearly $1B for the people of the State of Oregon.

Under rigid deadlines, I worked with Project Managers to create high-quality proposals for transportation clients across the U.S., including writing qualifications and project narratives, preparing compliance documents, drafting schedules and budgets, reviewing project scopes, coordinating with teaming partners, and creating vibrant proposal layouts and graphics.

I directly supported the region’s operations team in leading a $50 million engineering program. I managed executives’ calendars, arranged travel, completed expense reports, coordinated meetings, created internal memos and communications, managed the contract review and approval process, provided financial data tracking and forecasting, created custom financial reports, assisted with the annual budgeting process, collected and analyzed resource utilization data, plus a variety of special projects and strategic initiatives for regional leadership as needed. I also provided graphic design and layout services for proposals for the marketing team and promotion of internal office events.

I provided administrative and marketing support for the executive team in Chartwell’s West Coast region. I was responsible for project coordination for senior management, including preparation of client proposals and presentations, project contracts, and project timelines. I was also responsible for administrative duties for the team, including CRM database maintenance, schedule management, event planning, editorial preparation, human resources assistance, and other related activities.

As an Executive Agent Assistant at this boutique music booking agency, I owned the entire process of complex contract administration under strict deadlines for ten major clients in the United States and Europe, including writing and editing contracts, clarifying negotiating points, organizing supporting documents, collecting overdue documents and funds, independently reviewing contract changes, and facilitating the resolution of any contractual issues. I also gathered ticket sales data through email and phone communication and compiled, analyzed, and distributed consistently accurate reports for clients.

I began as a volunteer on the restoration team to renovate this National Historic Landmark non­profit single screen theater and continued to grow as a leading member of the core team over seven years. As the lead projectionist, I operated and maintained audio, video, and film projection equipment for film and live events. I also trained new employees and supervised that they maintained our high standard of production.
