Over the past decade, Casey has had the privilege of overseeing over 1,000 transactions in 40+ states and almost every major market in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Seeking more opportunities and challenges, Casey became fascinated with the entrepreneurial spirit of the flexible workspace industry and their inherent complex deal structures. Casey co-founded the flexible workspace advisory team SRG Cowork in 2016 to exclusively serve the flexible workspace industry. SRG Cowork’s data-driven approach to site selection utilizes cutting edge data & demographic software, market analytics, and a deep understanding of the flexible workspace fundamentals to identify market opportunities ideal for profitable sites. Casey enjoys traveling the country to meet with new operators, touring countless spaces, and working alongside owners of all asset types on ways to optimize their properties through the incorporation of workspace-as-a-service. SRG Cowork serves clients ranging from entrepreneurs seeking to open their first location to national operators with hyper-growth ambitions of 25-50 locations per year.
