Lead and develop a team of supplier managers, managing 100+ global suppliers. I partner with Executive stakeholders on negotiations for all managed third party relationships, including the sourcing, onboarding and compliance management of the suppliers. I have developed third party strategy for key Capital One products including AutoNavigator, DealerNavigator, and internal decisioning services. Category is responsible for managing the risk and performance of a $50M+ supplier portfolio supporting COAF. Accountable for compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that appropriate controls exist for managing third party risks. The third parties provide products and services that support the entire product and customer lifecycle. I proactively identify and mitigate category risks as it relates to the suppliers’ impact to the line of business. I am also accountable for CFPB, OCC, FRB and internal TPM policy requirements for managed third party relationships to include any third party-related audits/exams conducted by internal and external regulatory agencies.

- I managed teams between 9-15 associates- My team was responsible for reviewing over 4000 newly originated loans per month- We are responsible for more than $85 million per month in originations- I worked with an offsite sales team to fund loans efficiently- I ensured that booked loans met predetermined requirements- I lead Funding execution of Diamond Strategy for our most valued dealers.
