Policy and practice leader in disability service provision.Key activities:Quality and Practice Advisor September (2014 – 2017)1. Model the vision, mission, and values of HWNS in work performed each day and todemonstrate a commitment to HWNS Human Rights framework.2. Promote, contribute, and advance self-advocacy and empowerment of people with disability.Train and support staff to implement the philosophies and frameworks associated with the Council for Quality and Leadership (CQL) and Person Centred Excellence and other contemporary practices.3. Conduct service audits using the Personal Outcome Measures (POMs) and BasicAssurance tools developed by CQL.4.
