Claims Customer Service Representative
Current●Assist Account holders for multiple clients, such as American Fidelity, Independence Blue Cross,PayFlex, Cigna Card Services, The Choice Fund, Flex Benefits, Mastercard Mobile WalletSupport, IBC Lifestyle Accounts, And Wealthcare Saver via telephone or chatinquiry, obtain caller information, authenticate account holders and verify information whileadhering to regulatory oversight policies and procedures.● Research account and transaction records to resolve account inquiries to provide correct andappropriate information, enter detailed notes on account holder’s record regarding the nature ofthe inquiry, while maintaining and respecting account holder privacy.● Review and adjudicate claims in CDHP accounts verifying the accuracy and completeness ofclaims submitted by participants via manual claim transactions, card claim transactions, and FEPclaims while communicating results to participants regarding claim determinations. Ensuringclaims are processed according to plan documents, IRS regulations, and company policies.● Maintains average monthly metrics in QA, CSAT, Release Rate, and Adherence to schedule.● Participate in ongoing training and professional development to keep up-to-date with changes intax laws and regulations related to tax-preferred accounts.
