I began working as a paralegal at Guerrieri, Cox & Associates in September, 2007. Guerrieri, Cox & Associates is a Central-Ohio law firm focusing on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, foreclosure defense/mediation, loan modifications, and judicial dissolution of corporations through receivership. During my time as a paralegal, I focused mostly on assisting clients through the filing process. I also drafted and prepared Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions. I continued to gain experience at Guerrieri, Cox and Associates while obtaining my law degree from Capital University Law School where I graduated in January, 2012.After graduating, I joined the team as an Associate Attorney where I helped stop garnishments, foreclosures, evictions, utility shut-offs, and repossessions. I also assisted in obtaining mortgage loan modifications, debt settlements and assisted with foreclosure defense/mediation. I continued to work at Guerrieri, Cox & Associates until December 2014, when I relocated to Milan, Ohio to begin my own law practice. Here, I will continue to assist clients undergoing financial hardship but will also expand into other areas of law including domestic, juvenile and guardian ad litem.
