The Retail Store Manager is responsible for ensuring all state issued regulations and processes are followed at their assigned provisioning center. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators. They are responsible for managing the staff and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security and system protocols. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for onboarding, training and developing their direct reports. The Retail Store Manager is responsible for forecasting inventory levels, ordering products and ensuring inventory accuracy. These must be maintained for state issued regulatory reporting and sales analysis. The Retail Store Manager is also responsible for promoting a positive work environment.-proficient in metrc, cra rules and compliance standards in Michigan - Adhere to all policies, rules, regulations set forth by the state of MI -Ensure customer service standards are being maintained.- Supervise, train, and coach employees.- Manage daily finances and oversee cash handling procedures.- Monitor inventory and enforce proper inventory control processes.- Review POS daily for proper functioning - discounts are working as intended, menu specials are up to date, descriptions and photos are correct, pricing etc.- Determine product velocity and applicable discounts based on market analysis.-Ensure all product displays are merchandised effectively to maximize revenue.-Communicate regularly with managing partners and direct reports regardinginventory availability and discrepancies.-Follow and enforce all processes to ensure inventory and regulatory compliance.-Manage and maintain Metrc and POS system inventory counts daily.-Process cannabis waste in accordance with state regulatory guidelines
