School-based therapist in an elementary school setting

∙ Undergoing training in regards to suicide intervention and prevention (ASIST – Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training and QPR – Question, Persuade, Refer) to aid in assisting individuals in a crisis situation. ∙ Working with other volunteers to better understand and demonstrate active listening and communication through unconditional positive regard.∙ Developing a sense of report with clients through the calls that are received through the Contact Care line.

∙ Utilizing customer service skills through ensuring that guests have a fast and friendly experience by answering customer service questions and concerns while maintain a positive attitude. ∙ Training new team members by assisting them through their training process. Ensuring that they grasp a full understanding of responsibilities.∙ Proficient knowledge of technology provide by Target (examples: transferring calls to other team members in other areas to assist guests, use of PDA system that serves in pulling items from the back-room and assessing count of items in the store.
